Organic Crop Production on the Prairies is an online course is offered by the University of Manitoba. Weed Control in Organic Agriculture is offered by the University of Saskatchewan. Enhance your knowledge and keep pace with organic innovation. The Organic Food Council of Manitoba hosts several events each year and has two education programs available: Growing Up Organic and Manitoba Farm Mentorship.
